Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Help Desk Analyst: Experience in a technical support role with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Desktop Support: Proven experience fixing hardware/software issues and a knack for troubleshooting under pressure.
• Graphic Designers: A portfolio showcasing your design skills; proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
• A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus, but not mandatory!
