Salary: $295,000 $260,000 - $370,000 $355,000 Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.
