In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified healthcare professionals with client hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. This is fundamentally a relationship driven role, where you will build strong connections with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with opportunities that fit their skills and preferences. You will manage a full desk, from initial outreach through offer and placement, while collaborating closely with your team to hit shared goals. Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with strong communication and relationship building skills. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a client facing role is preferred, though candidates with strong transferable skills from other industries are also encouraged to apply. Success in this role requires being assertive and diplomatic enough to ask difficult or sensitive questions, while remaining respectful and professional at all times. You should be a critical thinker able to adapt your approach to drive results, with the grit, perseverance, and resilience to overcome obstacles in a competitive, fast moving environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate relationships simultaneously are essential.
