Our Health & Senior Care Section has an opening for a transactional/regulatory associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of transactional experience, preferably with a health law background or direct health care or senior care experience, stellar attention to detail, and sound practical judgment. Exceptional candidates with a general business background will be considered so long as they demonstrate a strong desire to work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, home and community-based services such as hospice and home health agencies, and other health/senior care industry providers on a wide range of business, license, Medicare and Medi-Cal certification, regulatory, and operational issues. This is a fantastic chance to explore a growing and intriguing field, become a subject matter expert, and work in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. This is a hybrid position based out of any of our northern California offices: San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek. The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $180,000 to $200,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
