Health Law Attorney

Williams Parker, the region?s largest and oldest law firm founded in 1925, is seeking an experienced Health Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. As a Health Law Attorney at Williams Parker, you will represent senior living facilities, physician and dental practices, rehabilitation and surgery centers, complex management services organizations, healthcare technology companies, and other licensed healthcare providers to achieve their legal objectives while providing the highest level of client service. Our areas of focus include healthcare provider structuring and employment, transactions, regulations and licensing, compliance, administration, facility acquisition, construction and land use, taxes, litigation, and the legal requirements for day-to-day operations. • Education: Juris Doctorate degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure: Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing. Willingness to sit for The Florida Bar exam in the near future is required if not already admitted. Florida Bar Board Certification in Health Law is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus in health care law.

• Leadership & Time Management: Plans, organizes, and prioritizes multiple tasks efficiently. Manages workload independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
