We want a strategic operator with a builder's mindset who sees recruiting as a function ripe for reinvention. You'll own hiring strategy and execution across the company, and you'll have the mandate (and the runway) to rethink how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people. We want a leader who gets energy from solving hard problems, who is excited by what AI can unlock for a modern recruiting org, and who is just as comfortable architecting strategy with the executive team as they are running a search for a critical hire. You'll need to balance reinvention of how we work with keeping the experience human where it matters most.
