Head of Supply Chain

About ATI: Automated Tire (ATI) is building the future of tire changing and wheel servicing. We are a robotics company deploying real systems into the field today. Our machines combine robotics, machine vision, and precision electromechanical design to automate a massive, legacy industry. We move fast. We build real hardware. We work directly with customers. What we ship matters. ATI is on a mission to reinvent tire changing and wheel balancing using cutting-edge robotics. We are transforming a process that hasn?t fundamentally changed in decades into an automated, high-performance system built for the future of automotive service. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs and backed by leading players across the automotive and tire industries, ATI is building technology that will redefine how cars are serviced. Our team combines deep robotics expertise with real world deployment, moving fast from prototype to production and scaling solutions directly in the field. If you are excited by hands-on robotics, real-world impact, and the challenge of building category-defining technology from the ground up, ATI is the place to do the most meaningful work of your career. Position Overview: We are hiring a Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of and scale ATI's supply chain. We have an early foundation in place. You will build on it, strengthen it, and evolve it into a reliable, scalable system that supports production. You will sit at the center of engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will make hard calls on vendors, cost, and build strategy. You will be responsible for getting real systems built, on time, at cost. If you want to take something working and turn it into something great, this is that role.

Responsibilities:

• Build on ATI's existing supplier base and expand it
• Identify, qualify, and close suppliers across a range of categories, including but not limited to:
• Electrical components and assemblies
• Custom CNC machining
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Strengthen supplier relationships and hold partners accountable

• Drive the transition from early builds to repeatable production
• Work side by side with engineering to push for manufacturable designs
• Make real-time tradeoffs between cost, speed, and quality
• Ensure parts show up when needed so builds don?t slip

• Own purchasing, pricing, and supplier negotiations
• Build and manage BOM cost
• Drive cost down as we scale
• Put in place simple, effective systems for ordering and tracking

• Select and manage contract manufacturers
• Drive NPI builds and production ramp with external partners
• Hold partners accountable on quality, delivery, and output

• When parts are late, you fix it
• When costs are too high, you drive them down
• When suppliers underperform, you act
• You are responsible for making sure we can build

• 8?15+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing
• You have scaled hardware from prototype to production
• You know how to source across electrical, CNC, and sheet metal
• You have run or deeply worked with contract manufacturers
• You take ownership of cost, timelines, and outcomes
• You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• You move fast and operate without heavy process

• Deep supplier network you can activate quickly
• Experience in robotics, automotive, or industrial hardware
• Experience scaling early-stage systems into production

• You will build something real, not manage a process
• Your work will directly show up in machines in the field
• Small team, high ownership, fast decisions
• No layers, no bureaucracy, no waiting
