The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of School who is as passionate about the future of education as they are about operational excellence and strategic leadership. Requirements

Who You Are

• Disruptive Thinker: You've led or contributed to bold, future-focused initiatives in edtech, digital learning, or technology innovation.
• Educationally Literate: You are unlikely to be a traditional headteacher, but you understand the fundamentals of great teaching and learning.
• Tech & Product Mindset: Comfortable with product development, digital platforms, and scaling technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Leader of People: Experienced in growing and managing high-performing, mission-driven teams.
• Global Perspective: You think big, act globally, and understand how to operate across time zones, cultures, and digital ecosystems.

Desirable Experience

• Leadership in a fast-scaling edtech company, online school, or innovative educational venture
• Familiarity with online curriculum development and pedagogical models
• Understanding of performance analytics, learner engagement, and adaptive technologies
• Background in building strategic partnerships and leading digital transformation in education
