What You Will Do:

• Work directly with the founders to lead and execute growth strategy, brand positioning, user acquisition, community growth, partnerships, content strategy, and go-to-market initiatives across global markets.
• Oversee community engagement and partnerships, driving adoption through influencer collaborations, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Be the face of Bluefin's brand, representing the company in AMAs, conferences, podcasts, and media interviews to drive awareness and credibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal to ensure cohesive execution of business objectives.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DeFi, trading platforms, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• A rich network of industry connections within Web3 and a strong personal brand or industry presence comfortable representing Bluefin in public forums and media appearances.
• A creative and data-driven approach to growth, and the ability to iterate quickly based on market trends and performance data
• Ability to write often and consistently - this will be the highest-leverage thing you can do as the Head of Growth at Bluefin
• London or NYC residency preferred.
