Head of Engineering - Blockchain

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Engineering - Blockchain, candidates can be based anywhere.

We are building a Based Appchain framework on Ethereum. This "Based Stack" enables people to spin up app-specific L2s that are composable with Ethereum mainnet and other app chains.

Also Preconfirmations are built on top of our core contracts. We use "The Preconfirmation Gateway" to power seamless preconfirmation integration with existing wallet and RPC infrastructure.

Our team is distributed globally. We are passionate about building better infrastructure and supported by leading investors in crypto space. We will announce more details publicly soon.

As the Head of Engineering, you will manage and lead the engineering team in building the core of our products, bringing designs to production.

Responsibilities

• Take engineering projects from design to production while working with our developers to manage realistic roadmaps
• Implementation of our core infra in Rust and smart contract development in Solidity
• You may have the opportunity to participate and talk in an event, conference or podcast

Requirements

Very strong rust AND solidity with strong open source contributions or track record with reputable companies.

Strong history of shipping to prod

Experience as a lead eng or hands on eng manager with a solid track record at impressibve companies

Examples of smart contracts deployed / repos to demonstrate strengths
