Our world-class founding team of 10+ is looking for a Head of Commercial Operations.

This role works directly with the co-founders and reports to the COO. The position offers a clear path to rapid advancement, with meaningful responsibility and visibility from the outset.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be immersed in lifestylebuild and expand relationships with the most in-demand hospitality, wellness, and experience providers. Dining, taking care of yourself, exploring new experiences is a key part of who you are.
  • Build and lead an operational team which sets a new standard for supplier partnerships across multiple geographiessecuring exclusive access and benefits for Aurora members.
  • Build and own Aurora's playbook for sourcing, nurturing, and scaling premium supplier relationships. Analyze key customer metrics and strategize high leverage operational plans to constantly outperform both member and provider expectations.
  • Contribute to Aurora's product developmentwork cross-functionally with Aurora's operations and product teams to ensure our partnerships translate into a seamless, high-leverage in-app experience.
  • Procure market-leading intelligenceconnect with key domain experts & insiders across territories as you build a proactive pipeline of supplier insights & access, ensuring Aurora's inventory & intelligence stays well ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • A master relationship buildersomeone who instinctively knows how to win trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Deeply embeddedwhether it's top-tier restaurants, nightlife, wellness, private clubs, or event production.
  • Experience managing and structuring deals & operations which create mutual valuefor example, ensuring our suppliers benefit from the business we procure whilst securing market-leading access and treatment for our members.
  • Equally strategic and hands-onkeen to leverage member data to shape & execute a multi-city operational strategy whilst personally maintaining touch on key relationships.
  • An outright owneryou're empowered by high-growth environments which offer the autonomy and ownership to build and iterate rather than follow playbooks or rules.
  • Unapologetically curiousyou're obsessed with finding the truth and always dig a level deeper, especially when it's not the easy or obvious route.
