Hardware Testing Engineer

1. Design test plans and test cases to validate new prototypes.
2. Perform product validation and verification of hardware in the field or lab environment.
3. Design and implement test tools for automating the review and verification process.
4. Prepare production test processes and develop test plans and prepare test reports.
5. Administer various debug tools to conduct failure analysis.
6. Develop tests and debugging tools to analyze the functionality of hardware systems.
7. Monitor and implement test processes on hardware systems for all Contract Manufacture partners.
8. Provide training to new employees to implement test procedures.
9. Develop new test procedures and enhance existing ones to ensure products? reliability and usability.
10. Analyze all products to identify any manufacturing defects and resolve all hardware issues in coordination with development engineers.
11. Prepare plans for validation methods, tools, and processes for various tests.
12. Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of all testing procedures.
13. Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures and rules are strictly adhered to while tests are conducted.
14. Provide training to factory workers on testing and debugging products.
15. Analyze and resolve all hardware test issues to provide state of art products.

Requirements

• Looking for 2 years of experience
• Good understanding of electronic circuit concepts.
• Excellent hardware debug skills.
• Knowledge of Python, Linux, and C++ programming
• Basic Understanding of Computer Architecture / Server Architecture
• Experience in testing wireless communication systems.
• Experience in testing Digital and Mixed Signal boards.
• Experience in board bringing up is a must.
• Experience in developing test plans and test frameworks.
• Experience in using JESD204B is desirable.
• Experience in developing debug tools is a major plus.
