About the role

Join our Hardware Operations team and gain hands-on experience in both SaaS and HaaS within a fast-paced, evolving industry. You'll work on everything from prepping and inspecting equipment to managing inventory and supporting process improvements that keep our operations running smoothly!!

Responsibilities

• Check in and test incoming equipment from returns or for repair
• Work with Hardware Operations team to ensure timely delivery of various products to clients
• Provisioning, setup, testing, and packing of equipment in accordance with deadlines
• Handle and process small to medium shipments - incoming and outgoing, including packaging.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain the integrity of equipment
• Use inventory management tools to track serial numbers on several types of equipment
• Work in an organized, but fast paced environment where attention to detail and flexibility is imperative
• Light to moderate lifting of packages weighing up to 40 lbs. is involved

Requirements

• Curious mind and passionate about learning
• Experience with inventory fulfillment & management, assembling, packaging, shipping & receiving (on a small scale) preferred
• High-level of problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, and critical thinking
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience with word processor, presentation, and spreadsheet software packages
• Ability to collaborate with a progressive, high-performing Hardware Operations team
• Ability to handle changing priorities, frequent interruptions, deadlines and at times heavy workloads
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment, professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
• Interest in a career in Operations, and/or Supply Chain/Logistics
• Light to moderate lifting of packages weighing up to 40 lbs. is involved
