Halo Program Manager

At Mozaic, we're the bridge between creativity and commerce, helping creators build, scale, and optimize their businesses. We're looking for an experienced Halo Program Manager to lead our new VIP brand ambassador program designed for top creators in entertainment, music, and the broader creator economy. This role will shape the Halo Program into a vibrant community that champions Mozaic's brand while creating buzz and exclusivity around our platform and its new features.

The Halo Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing our Halo Program, managing relationships with top-tier creators, artists, and influencers. This includes building and maintaining a robust network of influential creators, organizing exclusive events, and promoting Mozaic's products and initiatives. With your deep understanding of the entertainment and creator landscape, you'll generate excitement, drive engagement, and foster loyalty within a high-demand, VIP-level community. Your role will bridge the gap between creators and our internal teams, ensuring we build strategies and campaigns that amplify our Halo members across our marketing channels, and support the growth of our product through user-feedback sessions.

Remote (with frequent travel) - must be able to work CT hours

• Community Development & Management:
  Develop and nurture relationships with a network of high-profile creators and artists, fostering a community around the Halo Program that is both loyal and active. Balance support and engagement for a demanding and often challenging audience, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
• Program Strategy & Execution:
  Design and implement strategic initiatives and incentives to drive participation in the program. Build excitement and anticipation around Mozaic initiatives, creating FOMO and exclusivity that aligns with our brand identity.
• Event Management & Promotion:
  Plan and execute exclusive events and user-testing opportunities, crafting unforgettable experiences that enhance community connections and strengthen ties to Mozaic. Drive engagement for Mozaic events by building campaigns that create excitement across our social media and other marketing channels.
• Collaboration with Marketing:
  Partner with Mozaic's marketing team to integrate Halo members into social media content, events, and promotional campaigns, leveraging their influence to amplify Mozaic's reach and visibility. Develop tailored content strategies to showcase the Halo Program's benefits, encouraging creators to participate actively and enthusiastically.
• Collaboration with Product Team:
  Partner with Mozaic's product team to organize focus groups and product review sessions with Halo members, gathering insights on both current and upcoming features. Coordinate exclusive user-testing opportunities that allow creators to experience and provide feedback on Mozaic's latest updates, ensuring the product continually aligns with their needs and enhances engagement within the Halo Program.
• Campaign & Content Strategy:
  Collaborate on campaign strategies that bring the Halos into our social networks, creating stories, posts, and content that promote both Mozaic and the exclusive nature of the program.

Requirements

• Industry Expertise:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the entertainment, music, or creator economy industries, with an established network of creator and artist relationships.

• Community-Building Skills:
  Proven experience building and managing creator/artist communities, with strong skills in creating lasting connections, loyalty, and excitement among influential individuals.
• Event Promotion:
  Demonstrated experience in planning and launching events, crafting excitement and exclusivity, and managing large-scale community initiatives that create a sense of FOMO and engagement.
• Adaptable Communication Skills:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to balance high-level VIP interactions with brand-aligned communication that speaks to Mozaic's tone.
• Collaborative & Strategic:
  Able to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align campaign strategies, plan events, and utilize creators? influence to boost Mozaic's brand and reach. Must have a creative approach to campaign development and content strategy.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with brand ambassador or VIP programs.
• Familiarity with user-testing processes and managing feedback from creators.
