Position Purpose:

The Guest Liaison position is responsible for several duties to enhance the guests experience while staying at the Inns of Aurora. This position reports to the Director of Reservations and Leisure Sales and works closely with several departments especially on the Rooms side.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

  • Welcome all guests to Aurora with a sunny disposition
  • Transport guests to resort locations on demand in our electric vehicles
    • Track every trip
    • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance requirements, and charging of vehicle
  • Provide Valet for guest vehicles on demand
  • Assist with luggage to guest rooms and room orientation for guests
  • Support check-in process at all properties
  • Check condition and maintain cleanliness of watercraft, monitor waterfront, and keep area tidy
    • Lock and unlock boats daily
    • Lock and unlock bikes daily
    • Reset lawn furniture, ensure cleanliness and dry for guest use
  • Organize and deliver products and guest request items between properties
    • Which may include delivery of IRD or to go from 1833 and Fargo
    • Follow proper systems and communication to ensure teams know what and where things are delivered
  • Self-direct to support housekeeping and maintenance including, but not limited to outdoor dusting, window cleaning, snow removal, turn down service, or other auxiliary needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Have valid driver's license and clean record
    • Will need to complete defensive driving
  • Be flexible and easily adapt to changing needs and ability to prioritize those needs
  • Communicative
  • Flexibility with hourly schedules, including weekend, holiday and evening availabilities
