Job Overview

Villa Maya is seeking a Junior F&B Service Associate for our Thiruvananthapuram location. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and Qualification Diploma or Degree Hotel management .The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, working collaboratively as part of our renowned team to enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Provide menu guidance and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, inputting them promptly into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, resetting as needed to meet presentation standards.
• Address guest queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, elevating the dining experience.
• Participate in regular team briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report to the manager and adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance and service excellence.

• Ability to upsell effectively to enhance guests' dining experience and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in table setting to maintain the visual appeal and setup of the dining environment.
• Efficient multi-tasking abilities to handle various guest requests and service operations seamlessly.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems for accurate order processing and billing.
