Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-Powered)

The Role: The Modern Growth Engine At REDSHIFT Creative, we merge world-class creative with data-driven strategy. We aren?t looking for a traditional marketer who just comes up with ideas and passes them off. We need a Growth Marketing Specialist who is a modern, tech-forward builder?someone who loves the strategy but thrives in the day-to-day execution. This role is a unique hybrid: you will be the driving force behind REDSHIFT?s internal growth (getting us new clients) while simultaneously architecting, executing, and managing high-performing marketing platforms for our client roster. Crucially, you know how to work smart. You leverage AI tools as a superpower to automate the mundane, supercharge your content creation, and move 10x faster than a traditional marketer. Your Mission 1. Platform Management & Execution

• Hands-on Execution: You don't just plan campaigns; you build them. This means jumping into the dashboards, setting up tracking pixels, building landing pages, and launching the ads.
• Daily Platform Management: Own the day-to-day optimization of our core platforms?including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot/Klaviyo).
• Audience Architecture: Deep-dive into data to identify, segment, and target the exact right audiences for both REDSHIFT and our clients.

2. Creative Content & Growth (The "Both")

• Creative Content Ideation: Brainstorm and execute fresh, platform-specific content ideas (hooks, ad angles, and social copy) that cut through the noise.
• REDSHIFT?s Inbound Engine: Own our agency's lead-generation. Turn REDSHIFT into a magnet for high-value clients through organic content, email nurturing, and targeted ads.
• Client Success: Take client briefs and turn them into profitable realities, keeping a close eye on budget pacing, ROAS, and conversions.

3. AI Integration for Efficiency

• Scale with AI: Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or automation workflows via Zapier) to brainstorm content variants, draft copy options, and streamline market research.
• Save Time & Money: Constantly look for ways to integrate AI into our daily workflow to elevate the quality of our output while keeping us lean, agile, and cost-effective.

Who You Are

• The "Full-Stack" Executor: You know how to build a campaign from scratch without needing a massive team behind you. You love seeing a project through from the initial brainstorm to the live platform.
• An AI Advocate: You don't fear AI; you command it. You know how to write a killer prompt to get 80% of a tactical task done in minutes, allowing you to spend your time on the final 20% of high-level strategy and polish.
• Results-Oriented: You care about metrics that matter (ROAS, pipeline value, conversions)?not just vanity metrics like "likes."
• Platform Native: You know the ins and outs of modern ad algorithms and user interfaces. You don't get lost in the backend of a platform.

Requirements

• 2?4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience is a massive plus).
• Proven track record of executing paid campaigns and driving measurable ROI on ad spend.
• Tech-fluent: Deep familiarity managing ad platforms (Meta/Google), analytics tools, and a proven workflow utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate your output.

Why REDSHIFT? We don't want you to burn out doing data entry. We want to give you the tools, the autonomy, and the AI stack to do the best work of your career. You will have a direct hand in shaping the growth of the agency and our clients. Requirements 1. Platform Management & Technical Skills

• Paid Media Execution: Deep, hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (setting up tracking pixels, custom audiences, custom conversions, and budget pacing).
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to build email sequences and lead-nurturing funnels.
• Analytics & Data Reporting: Ability to read dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) to pull data, analyze ROAS, and turn raw numbers into actionable optimization steps.

2. AI Literacy & Efficiency Skills

• Prompt Engineering: Knowing how to write advanced, iterative prompts in LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft copy variants, brainstorm ad hooks, and conduct rapid audience research.
• AI Content Tools: Familiarity with utilizing AI tools for visual brainstorming or asset variation (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI).
• Workflow Automation: Basic knowledge of "glue" tools like Zapier or Make.com to automate repetitive tasks and save the agency time and money.

3. Creative & Content Skills

• Direct-Response Copywriting: Writing sharp, high-converting ad copy, landing page headlines, and email subject lines that get people to click.
• Audience Architecture: The ability to research a niche market, understand user psychology, and map out a full-funnel targeting strategy.
• Content Ideation: Coming up with organic social media ideas and thought-leadership content specifically tailored to grow REDSHIFT's brand.

4. Soft Skills & Work Style

• The "Founder" Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for a task list; someone who sees a gap in a client's funnel or REDSHIFT's process and proactively fixes it.
• Context-Switching: The agility to jump from high-level strategy planning to tedious pixel troubleshooting without losing momentum.
• Project Management: Staying highly organized while handling the dual priorities of internal agency growth and external client deliverables.
