4+ years of professional graphic and video design experience Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work Technical Skills Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects Proficient in Canva Strong understanding of aspect ratios, platform specifications, and ad-first design AI Proficiency Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows Ability to leverage AI for ideation, scripting, visual generation, and video production Comfortable experimenting with new AI platforms to improve output and efficiency
