Graphic Designer

Talent Worx is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ months of experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, good to have premiere pro and Aftereffects knowledge ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
