Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and design solutions based on client briefs or project objectives.
- Create engaging and effective designs for print and digital media, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with clients, art directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs and ensure they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continually enhance skills and capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mock-ups, and presentations to clients or stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
