Job Description

Cozen O?Connor's Global Insurance Department seeks a contract attorney with at least four years of significant commercial litigation/catastrophic bodily-injury claims and insurance coverage exposure to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have exposure to defense claims/suits and first and third party coverage. Candidates with exposure to taking depositions, attending court conferences, drafting and arguing motions, and drafting coverage opinions/position statements, are preferred but is not essential. Strong research and writing skills are required. Texas Bar required.
