Job Description
Recruiting a strong Generator Technician leader for an opportunity at a nationally recognized, family-owned company in your area! This position requires industrial generator experience that includes load banking, outage testing and some electrical experience.

Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on generators
- Troubleshoot generator issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Install and commission new generators according to manufacturer's guidelines
- Test and evaluate generator performance
- Respond to emergency generator service calls
- Maintain accurate records of service performed
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Generator Technician
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
