Job Title: General Manager

Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA

: The General Manager (GM) is a full-time, on-site opportunity who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth. The GM will lead the management team, develop strategic plans, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments.

Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Operations :

Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Optimize processes to improve productivity and quality.

Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.

Customer Focus :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Develop strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
