General Manager

Club 24 Concept Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gym, developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with staff to ensure that the facility is both clean and welcoming while providing a positive, energetic atmosphere conducive to health and wellness. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the gym, ensuring the facility is properly maintained and fully staffed at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Hire, train, coach, and manage staff, ensuring they are motivated and have the necessary tools to succeed
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the gym and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the fitness industry, trends, and competition
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management position in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven track record of successful management experience
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
