We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager IT to lead and implement strategic IT initiatives, ensuring smooth technology acquisition and adoption across the organization. This senior management position plays a crucial role in enabling a responsive and efficient organization through the seamless capture and distribution of reliable information.

• SBU/Overarching Purpose: Enable the efficient capture and distribution of accurate, actionable information to support a responsive organization.
• Function Purpose: Formulate and implement effective information technology strategies that align with business goals.
• Role Purpose: Facilitate reliable acquisition and adoption of information technology solutions to support organizational objectives.
• Key Expectations:
• Develop and maintain dashboards for all roles to provide real-time insights.
• Continuously reduce system downtime to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement passive data capture for streamlined process monitoring.
• Ensure the technology stack is responsive, optimized, and future-ready.
• Foster a decentralized, evidence-based decision-making environment.
• Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and technologies, and their effective application within the organization.
• Expertise in business process mapping and re-engineering to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong change management skills to lead the organization through IT transformations.
• Sensitivity to evidence-based changes and the ability to adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations .
• Exposure to SAP , Microsoft 365 , and Oracle applications (Oracle experience is optional).
• Master's degree in Management , Information Technology , Project Management , or a BE/BTech (Education requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates with distinctive experience).
• Proven experience in managing IT operations in large-scale organizations or multi-location enterprises.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of developers, network engineers, SAP consultants, and other IT professionals.
