Job Description


Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 4 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale, New York City, Albany or Poughkeepsie offices. In addition to the General Liability/Complex Torts practice, this attorney will also be included in our Strategic Alternative Defense team, which focuses on the defense of highly questionable claims. We are looking for a dynamic person, who wants to learn and be part of a team that values hard work, client responsiveness, outside of the box thinking and an appropriate work life balance. Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently The annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 $150,000 to $195,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
