Job Description
You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion. Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas:
- General Construction site labor and unit cleanup
- Landfill Clean Up
- Detailed interior cleaning
- Painting
- Drywall patching and texture
- Traffic control/Flagging
- You thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
- Aren't reliable, punctual or self-motivated
- Can't maintain focus in a busy environment
- Don't like working around other people
- Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
- Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Related Experience is required
- Willingness to follow direction, maintain a quick pace and meet deadlines
- Reliability and dependability is a must.
- Attention to detail
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to work in multiple sites*
