General Handyman

Superior Contracting & Maintenance! has been providing reliable and high-quality maintenance services to our propert mangement clients, and we're looking for a skilled handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman at Superior, you'll be responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and other projects, and will work closely with account managers to ensure that every job is done to perfection. As a General Handyman at Superior Contracting & Maintenance, you'll work to deliver the highest quality repairs and maintenance services to property management companies. You'll have the support and resources you need to get the job done right. • Perform general handyman services including but not limited to ligh electrical, light plumbing, drywall, minor repairs, carpentry and more.
• Inspect and diagnose problems and determine best course of action for making necessary repairs and staying within budget
• Work efficiently and effectively individualy and communicate effectively with account mangers and dispatchers
• Provide feedback to management about any issues that arise on the job site

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in general handyman work
• Experience in a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools effectively and safely
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Must have reliable transportation, tools and be able to travel between job sites
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Living currently in the U.S
