Job Description

We are seeking a General Counsel to oversee all legal matters for the firm, particularly to handle complex, large scale acquisitions and to oversee litigation worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating asset and share purchase agreements, and all aspects of due diligence.
Manage disputes and litigation, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including asset and share purchase agreements and software licensing agreements.
Represent the company in negotiations and discussions.

Requirements

15+ years of legal experience in M&A and litigation
Proven track record of handling complex acquisitions and litigation.
Strong understanding of intellectual property law, especially in the software sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing and mentoring legal teams is a plus.
