As a Gas Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations at our gas station. Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting customers with fueling their vehicles
- Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately
- Checking vehicle fluids, such as oil and windshield washer fluid, and topping them up as needed
- Conducting regular inspections of fuel dispensers and reporting any malfunctions to management
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including the fueling area, store, and restrooms
- Providing information and answering customer inquiries about fuel types, prices, and promotions
- Monitoring fuel levels in storage tanks and arranging for timely refills
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
