• Install and repair various types of garage doors and openers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing garage door systems.
• Operate a company owned vehicle
• Perform preventative maintenance on garage door equipment.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on products and services offered.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed.
• Work closely with the team to develop efficient solutions for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience as a garage door technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Mechanical and electrical experience is a plus, not required.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
