Job Description

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an attorney with 5 3 or more years of private investment fund formation experience. Candidates must have experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds and will have completed fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions (i.e., involving the general partner and management company entities) and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $365,000+.$260,000+. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
