Fullstack Engineering Intern

• Role: Work with our product engineering team to build and ship real product features that power Richpanel's AI customer support platform.
• Tech: Fullstack development (Vue + Node.js + MongoDB/SQL). Along with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
• Stage: Fast-growing product startup, building autonomous AI agents for global ecommerce brands. Multi-million ARR and growing rapidly.
• Internship Duration: 69 months
• Location: In-office (Bangalore)
• Compensation: INR 60K per month during internship, 20LPA when full-time

As a Fullstack Intern, you'll:

• Contribute directly to production-grade features used by thousands of businesses
• Work with modern tools and frameworks ( Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB )
• Be mentored by experienced engineers and learn how real-world software gets built
• Use AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to speed up development
• Get regular code reviews, feedback, and growth plans designed to help you ramp up fast

Requirements

• Are in your pre-final or final year of B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or related fields
• Have strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and web development
• Are comfortable with JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
• Are a fast learner who's excited to work in a fast-paced, product-focused startup
• Enjoy writing clean, modular code and solving real technical problems
• Take ownership, communicate clearly, and collaborate well with others
