We are seeking an associate attorney with zero to three years of experience to join our Corporate / Transactional department. Ideal candidates should have substantial interest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, M&A M&A, real estate, banking/finance and/or other corporate restructurings.matters. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized.
