Full Stack Developer

You will be the technical lead responsible for:

Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.) Requirements ?5?8 years of full-stack engineering experience Strong proficiency in full stack development (NOSQL, React or Next.js, Lambda) Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration patterns Experience working with CRMs (Insightly preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable) Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and architectural skills Cloud experience (AWS preferred) Ability to understand sales workflows, operations processes, and multi-stage pipelines Strong communication?clear documentation, structured thinking, and internal stakeholder coordination Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured system designs Must have delivered at least one end-to-end CRM or workflow automation project Must have built API-driven backend services Bonus: Experience in solar, field service, fintech, or operations-heavy businesses Bonus: Experience with Insightly specifically (otherwise willingness to upskill quickly)
