One of our companies is currently looking for a Frontend Software Engineer, AI Document Generation in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Toronto .

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing EvenUp's AI-native document generation platform. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that streamline legal workflows, enabling attorneys to provide better outcomes for personal injury victims. Your work will focus on building responsive, high-performance user interfaces and optimizing systems that leverage AI to create legal documents faster and more accurately. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that EvenUp's products are scalable, secure, and meet the highest quality standards.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and maintain user-facing applications and services using modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to scope and implement new features, balancing innovation with practical application.
• Ensure code quality and security, delivering production-ready code, conducting thorough testing, and maintaining industry standards for performance and observability.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows and LLM-based solutions into existing systems to improve the customer experience and document generation capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members, actively contribute to retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement in team processes and culture.
• Work on cross-functional projects and play a key role in the evolution of EvenUp's AI-native platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend software development with a strong background in TypeScript, React, JavaScript, CSS, and the DOM.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions, including production-ready code, RESTful APIs, and infrastructure management.
• Experience building distributed systems with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and observability.
• A track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to deployment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving projects to completion and taking ownership of challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, growth-oriented team.
• Bonus: Experience in AI, legal tech, or social impact projects is a plus.
