Job Responsibilities
The Front-End Managers are responsible for overseeing all employees within the front-end of our stores, such as cashiers, baggers, and customer service representatives. Managers are responsible for ensuring the employees are following their schedules, changing scheduled shifts when necessary, and that all employees are working in a safe and efficient manner. Front End Managers are leaders for our Front- End Team and they are to ensure prompt, friendly, helpful customer service, accurate cash handling practices, and a clean and orderly front end. Managers may also provide input in employment decisions.
