Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of appointment slots.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation for their visits.
  • Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and patients regarding care instructions and follow-ups.
  • Handle billing and insurance inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding for patients.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or patient care coordination role in a medical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on customer service.
