As a Foreman at RIGUPATL, you will oversee and coordinate operations on-site to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Your leadership and expertise will guide a team of skilled workers while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will play a critical role in bridging communication between management and site staff, driving productivity, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Design and execute detailed lift plans.
• Drive and maneuver all trucks as required on-site.
• Supervise and mentor field personnel to ensure optimal productivity, reporting to General Foreman as needed.
• Oversee crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety and project requirements.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and foster a culture of safety.
• Evaluate and approve work completed by project teams, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory requests.
• Resolve operational issues as they arise to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all on-site equipment.
• Facilitate training for new staff and encourage a collaborative work environment.
• Assist in project planning and execution, aligning activities with company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role in the construction or rigging industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Required certifications include: OSHA 30, Forklift Certification, Advanced Rigger, Signalman Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledgable in Microsoft/Word.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Benefits

The hourly compensation range for this role is between $33.00 - $36.00. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
