Food Preparation Workers

Our client, a dynamic player in the food service industry, is seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join their team.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a positi ve attitude which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary opportunity.

Job Title: Food Preparation Worker

Location: Bay Shore, NY

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $17.24 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, as follows:

1:30pm-10:15pm with 45minute lunch break and pay rate $17.24 per hour.

What's the Job?

Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.

Handle and process raw materials, including chicken.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Participate in the setup and breakdown of food service operations.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

Previous experience working with food, preferably in an industrial setting.

Able to work in a cold environments and freezer areas.

Ability to handle and process raw materials, including chicken, in a food production environment.

Capability to lift, bend, and manage heavy workloads as part of daily job duties.

Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
