Job Description: The Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery. This role is crucial to ensuring our clients' operations continue efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more
• Replace and repair parts as needed
• Use diagnostic tools and follow technical manuals
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
