Firetrol Protection Systems, a leader in fire protection & life safety services since 1984, is seeking a dynamic Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our passionate team in San Antonio, TX . In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of fire alarm systems, ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' facilities.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the fire alarm market, focusing on new construction, retro-fit, and tenant improvement projects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in community events and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and educate potential clients.
• Experience in service and inspection sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with relevant local codes and standards.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the fire protection or safety industry.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and associated regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain relationships over time.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to pass State, Federal, and Customs background checks.
