Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate Daily Operations: Partner with the General Manager to oversee seamless restaurant functioning, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Support Strategic Goals: Help manage financials, staffing, and long-term plans to drive success.
• Build a Great Team: Manage administrative tasks such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing staff.
• Achieve Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales targets, streamline operations, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Optimize Scheduling & Labor Costs: Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage while effectively managing labor expenses.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Streamline Key Procedures & Keep Standards High: Oversee opening and closing processes, including securing the premises and managing daily financial reporting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including service flow, food safety, and health regulations, preferably in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills for working with staff, guests, and management.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues while ensuring standards are met.
• Effective at multitasking without compromising quality.
• Required food and alcohol certifications.
