Job Summary:

Marvin Love and Associates is seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Dining Manager to lead our fine dining service in a prestigious Forbes Five-Star hotel in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fine dining restaurant's operations, ensuring the highest levels of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in fine dining, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead all aspects of the fine dining restaurant, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Develop and maintain fine dining standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee menu planning and implementation in collaboration with the executive chef
• Monitor the quality of food and service to maintain high dining standards
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining management, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine pairings, and culinary trends
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
