Job Description
The Atlanta and Dallas offices of Alston & Bird are seeking an associate with 2-4 years of meaningful experience in the areas of M&A, securities, and general business transactions to join our dedicated and dynamic Financial Services group. Experience with banking and financial services clients is desirable but not required. Candidates should have specific and meaningful experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, public company disclosures, securities offerings, as well as advising clients on compliance and general business matters.
