Requirements

We are seeking experienced financial experts who specialize in career and caregiving-related financial guidance, such as:

• Salary Negotiation & Compensation Strategy Helping women advocate for higher pay and better benefits
• Budgeting & Cash Flow Optimization Teaching women how to align their spending with career goals and caregiving responsibilities
• Debt Management & Credit Building Providing strategies to reduce debt and improve financial security
• Career Transitions & Financial Planning Helping women navigate financial changes due to layoffs, promotions, entrepreneurship, or shifts in caregiving roles
• Retirement Readiness & Future Planning Guiding clients through early retirement strategies, long-term financial wellness, and balancing work with caregiving
• Caregiving & Financial Wellness Supporting women managing financial responsibilities related to eldercare, childcare, medical expenses, and long-term care planning
• Navigating Financial Assistance & Benefits Helping caregivers access available financial resources, including government programs, employer benefits, and tax strategies for dependent care

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, financial coaching, or economic advising
• 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience with measurable client success
• Certifications/Licenses: AFC (Accredited Financial Counselor), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or equivalent credentials preferred
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field
• Proven Track Record: Testimonials, reviews, and reference checks required
• Digital Proficiency: Strong LinkedIn presence, Zoom expertise, and operational excellence in online consulting
