About the role You'll be the analytical engine of a fast-growing healthcare AI company ? building the reporting, models, and metrics leadership uses to run the business. Small team, real visibility: your work goes straight to the executive team and the board. What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and support the board reporting package
• Run budget vs. actuals reviews with department owners and explain variances
• Track and report SaaS metrics: ARR, net revenue retention, CAC payback, gross margin
• Build pricing, hiring, and scenario models to support strategic decisions
• Support month-end close and reconciliation in QuickBooks
• Help maintain compliance with financial policies and controls as we scale

Location Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office. Requirements

• 1?3 years in FP&A, accounting, banking, or consulting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience
• Detail-oriented, deadline-reliable, and able to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
