Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various program leads. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to think quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Creating financial models to support project management and decision-making.
Conducting financial reviews and understanding funding movements, including money coming in and out.
Communicating effectively with program leads from internal groups and stakeholders.
Validating information and aligning funds to their respective cost codes.
Managing the financial aspects of the portfolio and creating reports to ensure compliance with enterprise routines.
What's Needed?
2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or project management.
Strong ability to manage projects from both financial and people management perspectives.
Excellent communication skills and a resourceful mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and make updates to financial spreadsheets.
Energetic and quick-thinking individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
