Job Description

BlackStone eIT is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity while assisting in budget preparation and fiscal management.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support monthly and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Relevant experience as a finance officer with at least 5 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
