Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting processes at the hotel. Responsibilities include:

Posting monthly transactions

Preparing monthly invoices and statements

Posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger as needed

Communicating with customers regarding collections issues

Assisting various special projects as assigned including receiving, inventory and purchase orders

Hotel cash bank

Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems (Oracle preferred)

Two Years of accounting experience
